Virtual Human/CoPilot is a product created by Talespin. Using Virtual Reality, speech recognition and machine learning, Talespin creates digital training applications for clients across the globe. Users can interact with Virtual Humans through a VR headset and train things like difficult conversations, sales techniques or help desk support. Users use their voice to make decisions, playing through custom written scenarios and working on best practices.
As Senior Producer, I’ve produced various Virtual Human training applications for Fortune 500 companies like AT&T, Farmers Insurance, PWC and USAA while acting as internal team lead as well as point of contact for clients.
