Hi!
My name is Roy, a passionate producer based in Amsterdam. For the last decade I’ve been in various production and leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary creative teams to develop engaging, immersive and interactive digital products and stories.
Using my background in interaction strategy, marketing, storytelling and UX/Game design I aim to be a valuable sparring partner for the people I collaborate with. I help teams to prioritize what to work on and guide them towards success. It’s my goal to achieve the best result possible within the boundaries of a project, delivering the highest possible quality, on time and within budget.

During my career I’ve had the opportunity to work with amazing people, studios, clients and partners, amongst them: Guerrilla, Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, SEGA, Halo Studios (343 Industries), Funcom, Oculus, LEGO, Gearbox, Disney, Philips, AT&T, PWC, T-Mobile, Bandai Namco and many others. I’ve worked on a large amount and variety of projects, ranging from developing and self-publishing original IP, working on existing franchises, co-developing with external partners/publishers, and work for hire.
Experienced in waterfall and agile development (Scrum, Kanban and anything in between) as Producer, Project Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master across game, software and multimedia development.
